Exercise program on weight loss and weight lifting?

I'm looking for some help in trying an exercise plan. I'm 39 years old and weighs 232 pounds. I love walking and have access to a fitness room (free weights and machines) can someone help me and tell me how many days should I do what and how long, etc. I would not mind having six pack abs, but I'd settle for a flat stomach and more muscle definition (Dean Cain)

Law and I would say do as much walking as you can, if left untreated some light jogging or rowing if you access the computer. half an hour of exercise, which will perform a sweat, one day and then, if you like muscle tone, I try to start using 2 pieces of equipment (weights) for each muscle group every day do 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions in each. Back muscles and biceps are trained for all that you pull back, chest and triceps is anything away. Try and get in contact me after starting to build a good foundation, then you can begin to methods of concentration (one muscle group per day)
