I’m going to share with you the list of foods I’ve bought this week for the week ahead. My six-pack is visible, I have 3 millimeters of fat on my waist and these are the foods I buy and eat in a typical week. Most of the food on the list is organic or free range. I never cycle my diet at any particular time of the year, I eat consistently throughout the year without the need to ever change or reduce anything in my diet.
