How can I lose weight?
I am 15 years old, about 5'1 or 5'2 and weighs approximately 143 pounds. I do not think of myself as obese, but I think a little overweight. How can I lose weight? I really want to lose between 10-20 m pounds.I 'willing to work on it and be patient. I am currently using Comcast in the free exercise programs demand, and appear to be helping a bit. I really want ABS stomach, but not as a six pack beers or something. What exercises could help me? Besides, what kind of food should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I really do not think I'm eating healthy at all.
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get increased appetite, thus leading to weight gain, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If the diet without exercising, you will become in loose and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread, etc.. And the food after 7 pm People achieve wonderful results with it. Depending of their initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds per month. If you do not eat wheat, then do not eat all the sticky, pastels Goey, eating junk food, and you do not eat cookies. However, their diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start to walk, and then switch to running / jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have complications health (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good way to target your problem areas for men and women. Not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you target your problem areas (stomach, buttocks, legs, arms, chest).

TIP #6 ... Try to eat five or six small meals during the day. A typical meal might consist of one serving of carbs and one serving of protein. Each serving should be no larger than the palm of your hand. This will regulate your metabolism. Avoid skipping meals.
TIP #7 ... most people discover that using medicine balls or stability balls add excellent variety to their workouts. Use the medicine ball for added weight on your routines and use the stability ball for a variety of crunches.
