diet and exercise to get a six pack?
I'm pretty close to having a six pack (I think?? check the photos). Ive been working out ab each morning and afternoon and Ive been going to the gym every day Mon (-Fri) weightlifting and then run. Im not sure if its been paying that, although much more. Do you have any advice on diet and exercise to be taken. my current ab workout is 3 sets of 20 repetitions each of the bikes .. following leg lifts, crossovers, crisis and crisis exercise ball around. The factor intensity of training varies according to how much training. Give yourself an intensity factor of 1.3 (for non-active), 1.4 (for moderately active) and 1.5 (for very active). For a person training intensely 4-5 days a week, is considered as very active. Once you know your RMR, you will be able to control calorie intake, the amount you need per day to lose or gain weight. The next thing you need to its 6 – pack abs would be a good training program and a good training program should be as follows: 1) Warm up before practice. 2) body exercises track 3) Training ABS Exercise 4) 6-8 minutes of high intensity interval training. 5) 3-5 minutes stretching all muscle groups Try to engage with your training program up to 3 times a week. Any period of more than 3 times a week can lead to over-training exercises and that would be counterproductive for obtaining abs. For your ab training, try to commit to only 2 times each week with each session lasting about 10-12mins. Similarly, any session but this will lead to over-training. Bicycles would be some good ab exercises ab, AB and abdominal scissors. With a good diet and exercise program OK, I'm sure it will be able to make a 6-pack abs in no time. • Fiber plays a very important role. There are two types of fiber; soluble and insoluble (see my article on 5 reasons why you should enough fiber?)Fiber should certainly be a part of your diet. Daily diet should contain at least 30 gm of dietary fiber.
• Bran such as wheat bran may also be effective in promoting bulk formation. Bran should be used in moderation and increased gradually from 1 tsp per day to 4 to 6 tsp per day.
• Have adequate amount of fluid including water at least 3 lit per day. Include vegetable juice e.g. Carrot juice, soup, lemon water, butter milk, coconut water etc.
• Increase consumption of whole grain breads, cereals flours and other whole grain products.
• Increase consumption of vegetables, legumes and fruits especially those with edible skin, seeds and hulls (5-8 servings per day)
Finally i would like to conclude that although constipation can be treated with laxatives and stool softeners,a high fiber diet can be equally effective, cheaper, and provide added benefits. A high fiber diet must be consistent and accompanied by sufficient fluid intake.
