How to get six pack abs without using machines?
I workout my abs almost every day, but still I see no development. I do crunches, leg lifts, kicks agitation, and planks. I do not see any cuts or any other sign of improvement. I know I'm doing the exercises correctly, because I can feel the burn every time I do them. Does anyone know some different workouts for the abs without machines?
